- We send your invoice, tracking, and delivery updates in the same chat.

Shipping
- Dispatch
- Within 24–48 hours of payment.
- Delivery
- Typically 3–7 working days across India, depending on the pincode.
- Charges
- ₹99 flat, shown on the bill before you pay.
- Tracking
- Courier name and tracking number sent on WhatsApp at dispatch.
Returns, exchanges & refunds
- Exchange window
- 7 days from delivery. Reply EXCHANGE on WhatsApp and we arrange it.
- Condition
- Unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Refunds
- Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of the returned item reaching us.
- Not eligible
- Items damaged after delivery, or altered/tailored items.
- Wrong or damaged item
- Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We replace it or refund in full, including shipping.
